Usage :

Materials, which the customer has on his e-mail konti must follow Danish law about copyright and must not infringe third party rights. The e-mail account must therefore not contain any form of racistic, erotic or pornographic materials regardless of the fact that such materials might be legal or illegal. Breach of these rules will terminate the e-mail account with out prior notice from the postmaster of Filipina.ph.

Subscription changes :

A subscription can change at any time as long as a payment of US $ 10 is paid each time the subscription is changed from POP3 to e-mail alias or vice versa.

Responsibility :

It is the repsonsibility of the Filipina.ph client to make sure that materials stored on the e-mail account follows Danish laws and follows etical standards on the internet. Filipina.ph denounces any responsibility for loss of data, loss of income or any other form of direct or indirect loss caused by systemerror, energy failure or loss caused by any other circumstances which we have no control over, including virus etc. Each client has themselves the responsibility to have a backup copy of the materials on the clients e-mail account.
It is the responsibility of the Filipina.ph client to make sure that Filipina.ph has his/her correct and functioning e-mail address, in case Filipina.ph is to contact the client. Failure to be able to receive e-mail from Filipina.ph is considered violation of these conditions.

Payment :

Subscriptions are annual and prepaid. The subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of the 12 months subscription period unless written notification has been sent 3 months in advance of the next 12 month period. When renewed the subscription is to be paid one month ahead of the new subscription period. Otherwise the service can be terminated prior to the end of the first period.

Subscription :

In case of lacking payment of the subscription Filipina.ph has the right to close the e-mail account until payment has been made. Filipina.ph has the right to demand payment of US $ 10 for reopening a closed account. Accounts ordered by mistake or with non-functional e-mail addresses of the client will not be refunded or paid back, as it is the clients responsibility to make sure that the information on the order is correct – including the e-mail address to which Filipina.ph is to send bills and client information such as e-mail account details, passwords and usernames.

Notification :

The client as well as Filipina.ph has the right to with 3 months warning prior to the end of a 12 month subscription period to notify the other party in writing (postal or e-mail) that the subscription is to be terminated. If this is not done the subscription is automatically renewed for another period. If the Filipina.ph client does not follow the conditions of Filipina.ph, then Filipina.ph can terminate the subscription with immediate effect with out refunding any part of the payment for the subscription.

Password, web-mail og e-mail alias :

It is the customers responsibility to keep the password to the POP3 account and webmail secret and in a safe place. The customer is responsible for any misuse of the password. Change of password can be done for US$ 5 each time. No guarantee is given that there will be web-mail services available throughout the whole subscription period even it might be active for some time. There is no refund for stopped services of web mail.

Change in conditions :

Filipina.ph has the right to change these conditions at any time and with out warning. It is the customers responsibility to keep informed of the conditions for the subscription by visiting Filipina.ph and check if there are modifications to these conditions.

Spam :

Filipina.ph e-mail addresses must not be used for spam, uce or unsolicited sending of e-mail. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate termination of the account. Filipina.ph will NOT sell, rent or in any way provide contact info of its clients to other businesses, organizations or individuals except for other sister websites owned by the same owner: Martin Reinert. We hate spam and unsolicited e-mail and get enough junk mail ourselves to accept such use of the filipino.ph services. The Filpino.ph client accepts that Filipina.ph or its sister websites may send info-mails, that Filipina.ph in its sole discretion deems to be of interest for its clients regarding web-services, products, etc.. This will not be done on a daily basis however. Relax ;-)

Disagreements :

Any court proceedings regarding this service, this agreement and these conditions are to be determined according to Danish law in a court of law in Kolding, Denmark.
